At the Cambridge Africa Together Conference organized by the African Society of Cambridge University (ASCU) in may, 2025, on the theme: “Flames of the Big Four, Shining with Many More”, the Chairperson of the Commonwealth Youth Council, Joshua Opey was one of four panelists for the session on “The Power and Politics in Educating the Youth” alongside Chido Cleopatra Mpemba, Ivor Ichikowitz and Abena Nyarkoa (Abbie). PhD. He used the opportunity to shed light on youth inclusion in developing African educational policies.
